Negative: Not putting the drinks in the fridge beforehand for us to purchase— this limited our fridge space.

Positive: the room was clean and very neat, the staff were efficient and helpful the hotel was very well run and very clean. As a functional hotel it worked very well.
Negative: The room decor is awful. I used to be a platinum Marriott member and used Marriott hotels all over the world. My reason for using Marriott hotels in the past was they were always a luxury home from home, the rooms were welcoming and extremely comfortable and cosy. This hotel is the first Marriott for several years because I have not been travelling and have only recently started to travel again. The decor of the room was modern cold and functional. I like cozy warm and comfortable. This modern design with cold bare floors and minimalistic modern furniture looks and feels awful if this is the new look of Marriott then I am very disappointed.
